Shipping Policy

1、Our European warehouse is now operational. Parcels are typically delivered within 1-6 business days. Remote areas may require longer delivery times.
If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us immediately. Please note that any orders already shipped cannot be canceled. Email: solkattvape@gmail.com

2、SOLKATT does not charge any sales tax or export tax. If import duties, VAT, or other customs fees are incurred during clearance, the customer will be responsible for these charges. SOLKATT is not liable if the product is confiscated by local customs.

Please check your local customs regulations before placing an order.

3、If you order many products, your order may be divided into several packages with different tracking numbers. If, due to logistics reasons, you do not receive the package in the end, we will take responsibility for all losses.

4、If your package is not delivered within 25 working days after shipment, please contact us at solkatt@gmail.com for either a reshipment of another package or a refund.

5、If your items are damaged, lost, or incorrect, you must email us within 48 hours of the package’s delivery. Once your claim is submitted, reviewed, and approved, we will assist you in rectifying the issue. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide reshipping or replacement services internationally.
